Buyer further confirm and declare that he/she have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions as stated in the purchase order. In the event of disputes, the terms and conditions in this document prevails. Buyer agree to follow the instruction to provide the complete and valid details including, but not limited to, legal name, residential address and contact number. XXXXXX will make best effort to complete the purchase order. However, purchase orders may be cancelled due to the intended purchaser's failure to authorize payment, insufficient inventory, suspicion of fraudulent activity or any other suspicious reason, as XXXXXX sees fit. |

| Shipping Terms |

| All orders will be processed and ship to the address as stated on the purchase order. All orders will be processed within seven working days. In the event when the product failed to be delivered, XXXXXX will contact the buyer to arrange for self pick up. Furthermore, the buyer must contact XXXXXX within 1 month period for self pick up arrangement. Otherwise, the purchase order will be cancelled and payment made will not be refunded. XXXXXX will try its best effort to fulfill the delivery request as stated on the purchase order (to be completed by the buyer). XXXXXX are not responsible for wrong information provided by buyer or any lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. Buyer are also kindly reminded to provide valid address and ensure recipient on site on the day of where the delivery is made. In case there are any change of address, purchaser should inform XXXXXX via writing or email. Changes are only valid upon the reply from XXXXXX. |

| Return / Exchange Policy |

| XXXXXX will make its best effort to ensure products are delivered as per stated in the purchase order. In the event where the product was confirmed to be broken during the delivery process, claims for exchange should be addressed to XXXXXX within seven working days. Upon acknowledgement of receipt, XXXXXX will arrange for exchange but the shipping charges will be borne by the buyer. In the event where products that was not listed on the purchase order was accidentally sent, XXXXXX reserve the right to retrieve the product. No refund are accepted and exchange are only allowed once for each purchase order. In the event where you are not satisfied with the product, you must contact XXXXXX via writing within seven working days. XXXXXX reserve the right for all final decisions. |
